Updation of Workorders, Variation Orders, Amendments,Subcontractor’s bills in EIP software. Implementation of Document Management system Aconex. 5. Coordinating with the Subcontract Procurement team in drafting and finalizing the Subcontract Agreements. 6. Preparation of Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and getting them certified to Interim Payment Certificates by co-coordinating with Engineer & Client and also certifying Subcontractor bills. Preparing the above both manually and updating them in ERP. 7. Envisaging the possible Variable items in the project and raising the Variation Order to Engineer within the time contract provides. 8. Preparation of Time claims like Extension of Time by identifying the delay events and analyzing the delay that has occurred due to those events. All the claims prepared were within the contract clauses and from their interpretations. Most of them have been recommended by them Engineer and duly accorded by the Employer . The ones that were not recommended were also delays attributable to the Employer but the same were rejected. Dispute Board proceedings of the same are ongoing. 9. Identifying the possible cost claims as per the FIDIC contract clauses and raising the cost claims as per the time limitations stipulated. Performing all the cost claim calculations arising during the course of the execution period. 10. Preparing MPR of the project in line with the stipulations of the contract.
